Possibility to update MWS URL in environment configuration

A new feature has been added to allow users to exclusively provide the MWS URL. This MWS URL field is now provided in the environment UI.

This option is only available for MwsType=MPD. It is not available for MwsType=SQL.

PS: If MwsURL is defined in the MWS XML as well as it is defined in the Environment, the MWS URL from Environment will be used.
