An enhanced AD integration feature to manage, New Users and Inactive Users in AD.

1. A new feature has been added, this feature lets you define AD Group Parameters and import users from only these groups. Additionally you can connect These AD groups to Divisions, Roles etc.

   1. Once such AD Groups are defined, any user added to these groups in AD, will pop-up in VSE "List New Users" GUI, (if recurring import of New Users is setup).

   2. You can create such users in M3, just by a single click, and VSE will create the user in M3, with Divisions, Roles and Function access.

      3. Connect AD Groups to Divisions and select a main division.

      5. Connect AD Groups to Roles based on pre-selected Companies and Divisions access.

2. Once you have created the AD Group definitions and attached Company/Divisions and Roles to the group, the third tab will show if the selected Roles, result in SOD Violations.

3. Any new user added to these groups in AD, will pop-up in VSE "List New Users" GUI, if you import AD Users, or if you have setup a scheduled, AutoJob to import new users.

4. If the new users added in the AD have a defined Manager Email ID, the manager will get an email,

   1. Subject: New Users in VSE

      Mail Body: New users have been added to AD in your Group.

5. The manager can now simply go to List New User, select the User and hit, Create Users, and VSE will create the user in M3, with Divisions, Roles and Function access. 1.

6. If a User is deactivated in AD, such a User will be picked up in next import cycle and VSE will delete this User from VSE DB and update M3 with Status 90 for such a User.
