Introduction

Welcome to the User Profile screen guide! Here, you'll find information on how to view and adjust your personal settings and preferences. You can access your profile by clicking the person icon located in the header of the application.

Viewing Your Profile

Upon accessing the User Profile screen, you will see:

• Email ID: Your registered email address.
• Role: Your current role, which could be either Tenant Admin or TenantUser.
• Date and Time Format: The current date and time format settings applied to your profile.

Customize Your Preferences

The Preferences section allows you to tailor your experience with the following settings:

1. Number of Records Per Page

• Purpose: Determine how many records are shown per page when browsing through paginated views.
• Options:
  • 20 Records: View 20 records per page.
  • 50 Records (Default): View 50 records per page.

2. Language Preference

• Purpose: Choose the language in which the application interface will be displayed.
• Available Languages:
  • English (Default)
  • Norwegian
  • French

3. Date Format

• Purpose: Set your preferred format for displaying dates within the application.
• Default Format: DD/MM/YYYY
• Available Options: Select from a range of date formats based on your preference.
