Introduction:

VXL Live introduces a user-centric approach to managing workflows and workflow groups with three dedicated tabs: "All," "Favorites," and "Recent." These tabs cater to different aspects of workflow management, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency. Here's a brief overview of each tab:

1. "All" Tab:

  1. The "All" tab provides users with a comprehensive view of all workflows and workflow groups accessible to the logged-in user.
  2. Workflow and workflow group counts are prominently displayed, offering instant visibility into the available resources.
  3. Users can easily mark their favorite workflows and groups, streamlining access to frequently used items. Simply clicking the favorites icon adds or removes items from favorites tab section.

2. "Favorites" Tab:

  1. The "Favorites" tab serves as a personalized space for users to access their preferred workflows and workflow groups.
  2. The tab count indicates the number of items saved in the favorites section.
  3. Users can conveniently manage their favorites by clicking the favorites icon next to each workflow or group, providing control over the content in this dedicated tab.

3. "Recent" Tab:

  1. The "Recent" tab presents a dynamic selection of the most recently accessed workflows from Vince Live.
  2. Users can quickly identify and revisit their latest workflows, with the tab displaying the latest nine items.
  3. This tab ensures swift access to workflows that have been recently worked on, promoting continuity and productivity.
