The Server Running module can check if a specified server is up and running and / or a service on the server by connecting to a specific port.

Parameters

• Service name – the name of the service (i.e M3 TST Business Engine)
• Hostname – IP or host name of the server
• Ping – Never ping/Ping if telnet fails/Always ping
• Description – A description of the server or service
