General Terms

General Price List is valid during standard working hours (Monday-Friday 8-18 local time) .
Billing is done as per Time and Material unless otherwise agreed.
Scheduled consulting work outside of standard working hours of the region is billed at an 100% addition to the standard price list.
Travel and Standby time is billed at 50% of standard price list.
Emergency assistance (booked less than 48h in advance) is billed at an additional 100% of standard price list.
Certified Vince Partners are awarded a 10% Discount on the standard Services price list.

CaaS

Monthly CaaS - terms and conditions

Rollover days is the number of days that can be transferred to the next CaaS period if the full balance is not consumed in the current period.
Packages indicates number of days of professional service consulting assistance per month on a continuous basis.
Billing is done monthly in advance.
The service will continue until terminated. Termination notice period is 3 months. That is, minimum subscription period is 3 months.
Fixed contact will be provided who will manage internal staffing depending on content of task.
Resources will be secured upon signature. Maximum 50% of the purchased number of days can be guaranteed per any given week.
Prices are subject to annual consumer price index regulation
