To create a ticket, follow these steps:
- Visit:
https://vincesoftware.com/customer-portal
- Click on register
- Sign up using your work-email.
- Click the verification email and then head to the login again and login (check your junk-email)
- You will now be greeted by the default overview, here you can check on your tickets, and also sort by Status.
- To submit a ticket click the top menu “Create Ticket”
- Now fill out the information in the ticket and click “Submit”.
For regular support requests, please select “Change Order”.
