To create a ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Visit:

https://vincesoftware.com/customer-portal

  1. Click on register

  1. Sign up using your work-email.
  2. Click the verification email and then head to the login again and login (check your junk-email)

  1. You will now be greeted by the default overview, here you can check on your tickets, and also sort by Status.

  1. To submit a ticket click the top menu “Create Ticket”

  1. Now fill out the information in the ticket and click “Submit”.

For regular support requests, please select “Change Order”.
