To utilize the "Group By" feature, users need to navigate to the field source selection settings within the workflow creation M3 API Component and select the "Group By" checkbox or user can navigate to excel component of the workflow and set group by on any particular column and Once group by is enabled, the system will automatically group together all rows of data that share the same value in the specified field.
