VSE can only use functions that exist in M3.

VSE imports functions from M3 > MNS110. You can not create any new functions in VSE,

As a part of VSE installation process, VSE allows for linking Functions with APIs. This link, helps VSE provide API security by updating SES005 in M3.

Most functions in M3 are also available as APIs and each API can have many transactions.
