Context based URLs enables to user to quickly get to where they can perform the actions needed to resolve an error or issue. For instance, to the specific failed message on MEC, to the specific failed order in OIS275 within M3 SmartOffice or to a specific address on Google Maps.

Each key column for each row in the widget details view in the dashboard is clickable. Values from each row can be replaced in the External URL with syntax $$Label name$$, where Label name is the name given to the column in the Statistics definition.
