Prerequisites

• An existing IFS user with permission to call ION APIs

Ste-by-step guide

Expand the steps to see a screenshot.

• {old UI} Go to IFS (Infor Federation Services) in Infor OS from UserMenu ⇒ User Management
• {new UI} Go to IFS (Infor Federation Services) in Infor OS from Menu ⇒ OS ⇒ Security
• Click on the waffle icon on the left and open Service Accounts
• Create a new service account by click on the ➕ icon to add a new item
• Write a description of the service account and then add an IFS to the the service account
• Click the disk icon to save
• When you save for the first time, you will be prompted to download credentials
