it is often relevant to manually update a row to indicate that the record has been manually handled i VBU. In the actions screen related to the statistics definitions, you can define how you want to "indicate" that the problem has been taken care of.

You can use the following options:

• Details - Look at the definition
• Edit - Change the definition
• DeleteDelete an action

Create new action:

Push the button:

The create new action screen appears and you can start defining your new action.

• Name - Description of your action
• Action Type
  • Add - Create a new record
  • Update - Update existing record
  • Delete - Delete an existing record
• Confirm Type - How you will confirm to perform the action
  • Never - You don't have to confirm your action
  • Always -You always need to confirm before update
  • On multiple records - You need to confirm before update when more than one record are selectd
• Icon - Select the icon that reflects your action
• Input field - If you choose update or delete, you can define what and how you

Input field

If you choose add or update as action type, you must define which fields you want to update  and how you want to update the fields. You can select between:

• Dynamic - write manually information, limited to fields lenght and type
• Static - predefined value from the action detail screen. See example below.
